Title Woking Choral Society December Concert - HANDEL Israel in Egypt

On Saturday 1st December at 7.30 pm in HG Wells, Woking, the Woking Choral Society, will perform Israel in Egypt by Handel.     The concert will feature four outstanding vocal soloists: Soprano Aimee Presswood, Alto Carris Hunt, Tenor Ruairi Bowen and Bass Oliver Gibbs. The concert will be conducted by conducted by the choir’s Musical Director, Victoria Longdon. The work tells the story of the Israelites’ slavery in Egypt, the arrival of Moses, the plagues upon the Egyptians, the crossing of the Red Sea, and the following song of praise. The work features some colourful painting with words from frogs hopping and flies buzzing, to the hail pounding and more.  

Tickets   £18, students in full time education and children £5, Woking key card holders, and sales of 10 or more, £17 each.
